These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cbv999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the online casino, sports betting, and gaming services available at cbv999.app. These Terms apply to all registered accounts and all activities conducted on the cbv999 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, sports wagering, and customer support interactions.

By creating an account, logging in, or in any way using the cbv999 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and close your account by contacting the cbv999 support team.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cbv999 website accessible at cbv999.app, including all sub-pages, features, services, and games available therein.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a cbv999 account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total monetary amount, including real-money funds and bonus credits separately designated, held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted to a Player by cbv999 under a specified promotion.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-credit bet placed on any casino game, live game, or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territories" " means any country or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on cbv999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory.
• You do not already hold an existing cbv999 Account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cbv999 platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not in a professional or commercial betting capacity that exploits platform vulnerabilities.

cbv999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include national identity cards (NID), passports, and utility bills dated within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by cbv999 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbv999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. cbv999 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from the disclosure of your credentials to a third party, whether voluntarily or through negligence on your part.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the cbv999 support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. cbv999 may suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident. Any transactions completed prior to the notification will be considered valid unless cbv999 determines otherwise following investigation.

4. Deposits

cbv999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cbv999, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. cbv999 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits made by third parties or via payment accounts not registered in your own name may be declined and refunded.

cbv999 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from a payment account belonging to the registered Account holder. If such evidence cannot be provided, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cbv999 cashier section, provided your Account is in good standing and your identity has been verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.

cbv999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. In cases where additional identity verification is required, withdrawals may be held for up to 72 hours. cbv999 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines.

Players may only withdraw funds that have been earned through genuine gameplay. Deposits that have not been used to place at least one wager may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal approval. Any bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements detailed in Section 6 before they become withdrawable.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cbv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion page, the following general bonus rules apply across all cbv999 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus credit expires at the end of the promotion period.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the cashier explicitly allows the Player to select otherwise.
• cbv999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, modify bonus terms with reasonable notice, or cancel a bonus if it is being abused or claimed in bad faith.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus terms — for example through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting patterns, or the use of multiple accounts — may have their bonus cancelled and their Account restricted.

7. Responsible Gaming

cbv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, temporary account time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion for Players who wish to restrict their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings after login.

If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to activate one or more of these tools and to reach out to the cbv999 support team. All self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, cbv999 will not knowingly allow the excluded Player to access their Account or open a new Account for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players who are in a self-exclusion period must not attempt to register a new account or use another person's account to access the Platform. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cbv999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law:

• Creating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or betting software to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cbv999 staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbv999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements, is the property of cbv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any cbv999 content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interrupted service, delays in payment processing, or decisions made based on information provided on the Platform.

cbv999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits cbv999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or fraud.

11. Amendments to These Terms

cbv999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and cbv999, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through such dispute resolution procedures as cbv999 makes available from time to time. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided upon request.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the cbv999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cbv999 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
